" I'm here today to talk about a cause that's very important to me: helping schools where their students are underprivileged kids with disabilities.
I grew up in Kosova, and I know first-hand how difficult it can be for schools from disadvantaged areas to participate in sports. Many of their students do not have the financial resources to buy everyday clothes, let alone sporting equipment. There is no access to safe and well-maintained sports facilities for these kids. As a result, the children miss out on the many benefits sports can offer in a child’s development, such as physical fitness, teamwork, and self-confidence. Added to this is the fact that these students are disabled, this makes their lives exponentially harder. I believe for these reasons and more, that fitness for these students is imperative – and makes them feel alive!
Since I personally eat, breathe and live fitness, I decided to not just sit on the sidelines, but rather do something about it. For the past four years I've been raising money by organizing workouts so I could buy fitness equipment and organize sports activities for special needs schools "Perparimi" in Prishtina, "Nene Tereza" in Mitrovica and "Zed Nosi" in Prizren. This year, however, I decided to raise the stakes even higher. I'm so excited to announce that I'm starting my own charity, a non-profit called "MULTILEVEL FITNESS 4 SPECIAL KIDS (MF4SK)". This non-profit will provide financial assistance to schools with underprivileged students/ kids with disabilities in Kosovo so that they can participate in sports events and have access to sports equipment. I can't do this alone, so I'm asking for your help. Please consider donating to the MF4SK today. Your donation will make a difference in the lives of these special needs kids and will somewhat make the hard life in Kosova easier.
In addition to donating, there are other ways you can help. You can spread the word about our organization on social media, you can volunteer to help us with our fundraising efforts - or you might just have an idea that I haven't thought of it. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of Special Kids in Kosovo.
Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Sean Aqareva “
