PRANNOY CHAUDHARY (Board Member)

Prannoy Chaudhury is a Consulting Actuary, and a Principal at Milliman in New York where he helps co-manage the Life Insurance/Financial Services consulting group. Prannoy has extensive experience in life insurance-related transactions, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prannoy has advised insurance companies and private equity firms on life insurance mergers and acquisitions and capital market securitizations. Prior to joining Milliman, Prannoy was a consultant in the actuarial practice of a major accounting firm and also worked at a hedge fund in Europe focusing on life insurance investments. Prannoy has a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo where is remains active in the alumni community focused on advancing the university’s cause in New York. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

SEAN AQAREVA

(Founder, CEO)

Sean Aqareva was born and raised in Mitrovica, Kosova.

After playing professional basketball in Europe for a couple of years, an injury ended his career at a very young age, after which he got involved in conditioning pro athletes. In 1998 he moved to the United States to pursue a career as a fitness coach and to compete in Kickboxing. After becoming a very reputable figure in the fitness industry, he started getting involved in charities such as Fabretto Children's Foundation & Global Lyme Alliance by dedicating his time to do workout classes where all the proceeds would go towards charities. That motivated him to start his very own non-profit Multilevel Fitness 4 Special Kids. In addition to working towards growing his non-profit, he does fitness coaching and teaches kickboxing in Nyc.

BLERTA LECI (Board Member)

She was born and raised in Prishtina, Kosova. She holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France.

Blerta held various managerial and consulting positions in Kosova, predominantly in the energy sector. She moved to New York City in 2014 and she is a Compliance Manager within banking industry. She has worked for for HSBC, JP Morgan, Natixis and Credit Suisse among others banks.

Blerta is very passionate about helping others, especially the most vulnerable amongst us and she has been particularly active in fundraising for NGO’s that help decrease infant mortality in her native Kosovo. She believes that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background. She is committed to using her skills and experience to make a positive impact on the world.

MICHELLE GRIFFITH (Board member)

Her stellar reputation has been built on her keen intuitiveness, organization, results-driven approach and expert service that leads to seamless, successful deals for a discerning clientele.

Michelle delivers the ultimate degree of attention, discretion and honesty, which has enabled her to build an enviable client base of celebrities, diplomats, professional athletes, global public figures, financiers and prominent executives. She additionally enjoys strong relationships with the city's most renowned developers, investors, and industry specialists.

Prior to real estate, Michelle was nationally ranked in the world of medical sales. She is involved in several philanthropic endeavors in Manhattan, serving for many years as the NY Chapter President for Room to Read, an organization that supports children’s education in developing countries. With each real estate transaction, she helps fund the education of one child for an entire school year.

Michelle lives in Tribeca with her husband, daughter, son and their Goldendoodle dog. She’s an active member in the community and at her children's schools. Together their family enjoys spending time out east at their home in Montauk.

PETER BAZOS

(Secretary)

Peter T. Bazos is General Counsel of Southern Star Shipping Co. . He advises on commercial and legal matters pertaining to shipping and maritime law, cross-border investments, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and leverage and acquisition finance. Mr. Bazos previously served as the Assistant General Counsel for a hedge fund based in New York, where he advised on distressed lending and credit matters.  Mr. Bazos started his legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, working in the firm’s New York and Hong Kong offices. While at Davis Polk, Mr. Bazos advised institutional lenders and fund, private equity and corporate borrowers, on multimillion-dollar acquisition financings.  Mr. Bazos also serves on the boards of directors for the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce (and is Vice President) and the Hellenic-American Cultural Foundation (and is Treasurer). Mr. Bazos is a founding member of the U.S.-Nigeria Council, and is on the Board of Advisors to the Dean of the Elliot School of International Affairs at The George Washington University.  Mr. Bazos has lived and worked in nine countries, on four continents, and speaks English and Mandarin, and is building professional fluency in Greek.  Mr. Bazos holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, a Masters-level Certificate in International Relations and Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies (Nanjing campus) and a J.D. (with honors) from The George Washington University Law School.

KLEDA STEAJ (Treasurer)

Kleda is born and raised in Albania and later moved to the United States to pursue her education. She completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Fredonia, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Currently, Kleda holds the position of Controller of Construction Services with an infrastructure company.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Kleda has a deep passion for health and wellness. She particularly enjoys practicing yoga, which serves as a means for her to maintain a healthy lifestyle and find inner peace. Kleda's interest in helping others is ingrained in her nature, and she readily extends her support to those in need.
